A lot has changed. Our boys are happily settled into school life and despite a few medical hiccups, Rose and I are becoming established in our new life in Cornwall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The world has been dramatically changed by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are confined to the house and currently food stores near us are not very well stocked. However, for us little has changed; we are home and we continue to cook and make most food from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One thing that has changed is that I have been getting requests for information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How do you make your sourdough bread?<\/li><li>What goes into those crisps you make?<\/li><li>Udon noodles, can you really make them at home?<\/li><li>Thai curry? Madras?<\/li><li>Home made meat substitute?<\/li><li>What can I make that&#8217;s gluten-free?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So&#8230; the blog is back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we cook, I am going to try to document what we do and post the recipe here. If you try any of them, please comment &#8211; let me know what you&#8217;ve done&#8230; did it work? Have you discovered enhancements?
